أثر جودة التعليم على أمن الأسرة بين الشريعة والقانون

Résumé: يأتي هذا البحث الموسوم بــ: "أثر جودة التعليم على أمن الأسرة بين الشريعة والقانون"، ليجيب عن إشكالات هي: إلى أيّ مدى تؤثر جودة التعليم على أمن الأسرة؟ وما موقف كل من الشريعة الإسلامية والقانون الجزائري من جودة التعليم؟ وما موقفهما من أمن الأسرة؟ وقد جعلته من مقدمة وثلاثة مطالب: الأول في التعريف بجودة التعليم ومقوماته ومعايير نجاح تطبيقه، والثاني في التعريف بأمن الأسرة، والثالث كان في بيان أثر جودة التعليم على أمن الأسرة، وتحت كل مطلب عدد من الفروع، وفي ثنايا البحث وُضّح موقف الشريعة الإسلامية والقانون الجزائري من القضايا المطروحة في البحث. وقد خلص البحث إلى عدد من النتائج أهمها كون أمن الأسرة يتأثر بمختلف نواحيه بجودة التعليم تأثرا طرديّا سلبا وإيجابا، كما أوصى بمجموعة من التوصيات التي تخدم الموضوع لعل أهمها إقامة ملتقيات وورشات تدريبية تعنى بجودة التعليم في مراحله كلها، ونشر ثمرات الأعمال بصيغ مختلفة ورقيا وإلكترونيا. This research is tagged with: "The impact of education quality on family security between Sharia and law"; To answer problems: To what extent does the quality of education affect family security? What is the position of both Islamic law and Algerian law on the quality of education? What is their position on family security? I made it an introduction and three topics: the first in defining the quality of education, its constituents and criteria for the success of its application, the second in defining family security, and the third was in explaining the impact of the quality of education on family security, and under each requirement a number of branches, and in the folds of the research the position of Islamic law and Algerian law was clarified of the issues raised in the research. The research concluded with a number of results, the most important of which is the fact that family security is affected in various aspects by the quality of education, positively and negatively. It also recommended a set of recommendations, the most important of which are: holding forums and training workshops concerned with the quality of education in all its stages, and publishing the results of studies and research in different formats, paper and electronic.
