المؤشرات الاجتماعية والاقتصادية للأمن الغذائي في الجزائر

Résumé: من خلال هذه الدراسة نسلط الضوء على بعض مؤشرات الأمن الغذائي، التي تعتبر الأكثر دلالة وتعبيرا على مستوى الأمن الغذائي بالجزائر، وتتناول الدراسة مبحثين نقوم من خلال المبحث الأول بوضع مفهوم عام للأمن الغذائي، كما نتطرق إلى أبعاد ومستويات الأمن الغذائي، أما في المبحث الثاني نتطرق إلى المؤشرات الاجتماعية والاقتصادية للأمن الغذائي في الجزائر وقد تشترك بعض المؤشرات في الجانب الاقتصادي مثل الفقر والبطالة والتي تسمى بالمؤشرات السوسيواقتصادية. Abstract: Through this study, we shed light on some indicators of food security, which are considered the most significant at the level of food security in Algeria. The study contains two topics: we put the general concept of food security in the first section, as we touch upon the dimensions and the levels of food security. While in the second section we address the social and economic indicators of food security in Algeria. Some indicators may be involved in economic aspect such as poverty and unemployment, which are called socioeconomic indicators
