Résumé: إن اﻟﺗطو ارت اﻟﺣدﯾﺛﺔ اﻟﯾوم ﺗﺟﻌل اﻟﻣؤﺳﺳﺎت اﻟ ارﺋدة ﻓﻲ ﻣﺟﺎل ﻣﺎ أو ﻓﻲ ﻗطﺎع ﻣﻌﯾن إﻟﻰ اﻟﺑﺣث ﻋن ﻣﺧﺗﻠف اﻟوﺳﺎﺋل واﻵﻟﯾﺎت اﻟﺣدﯾﺛﺔ ﻧﺗﯾﺟﺔ ﻟﻠﻣﻧﺎﻓﺳﺔ اﻟﺷرﺳﺔ واﻟﺣﺎدة ﻣن طرف اﻟﻣؤﺳﺳﺎت، ﻣن ﺷﺄﻧﻬﺎ أن ﺗﻘل ﻣن ﺣدة اﻟﻣﻧﺎﻓﺳﺔ ﺳواء ﻣن اﻻﺣﺗواء أو اﻟﺗﻣﯾز ﻓﻲ اﻟﻣﻧﺗﺟﺎت إﻟﻰ ﻏﺎﯾﺔ اﺗﻔﺎﻗﯾﺎت اﻟﺗواطﺊ، وﻧﺗﯾﺟﺔ ﻟذﻟك ظﻬرت ﺑﻣﺎ ﯾﺳﻣﻰ ﺑﻧظرﯾﺔ اﻷﻟﻌﺎب اﻟﺗﻲ ﺣﺎوﻟت أن ﺗﻌطﻲ ﺣﻠول ﻣن ﺧﻼل ﻧﺗﺎﺋﺟﻬﺎ ﺳواء ﻛﺎﻧت رﺑﺢ أو ﺧﺳﺎرة أو ﺗﻌﺎدل ﻣﺎ ﺑﯾن اﻟﻣﺗﻧﺎﻓﺳﯾن ﻓﻲ اﻟﺻﻧﺎﻋﺔ ﻣن أﺟل اﻟﺧروج ﺑﺄﻗل اﻷﺿ ارر أو ﺑﺄﻛﺑر ﻋواﺋد، وﻓﻲ ﻫذا اﻟﺑﺣث ﺗم اﺳﻘﺎط ﻧظرﯾﺔ اﻷﻟﻌﺎب ﻋﻠﻰ ﻗطﺎع ﺧدﻣﺔ اﻟﻬﺎﺗف اﻟﻧﻘﺎل ﻓﻲ اﻟﺟ ازﺋر ود ارﺳﺔ ﻣﺧﺗﻠف ﺳﻠوﻛﺎﺗﻬم اﻻﺳﺗ ارﺗﯾﺟﯾﺔ اﻟﺗﻲ ﯾﺗﺑﻧﺎﻫﺎ اﻟﻣﺗﻌﺎﻣﻠون اﻟﺛﻼث.
