تحفيز الإستعمال الفعال للطاقة في المباني بإستخدام الطاقة المتجددة كأداة لتحقيق التنمية المستدامة

Résumé: The studyaims to highlight the mechanisms for stimulatingrenewableenergies (REs) in the building sector in Algeria, through the diagnosis of Algerian policy in the field of RE development and energyefficiency, as well as by analyzing the obstacles to the development of RE in buildings. To address the issue, the studyrelied on a set of approaches and tools. Including the descriptive analyticalapproach, whichwasused for the analysis of the reality of energyconsumption in buildings and the possibilities of the development of RE in Algeria. In addition, the econometricapproachwasused in order to build an analysis model of the coorelationsbetween RE and sustainabledevelopmentthrough a questionnaire with a sample of 314 individuals. In addition, the AHP method, one of the methodsused to make multi-criteriadecisions, wasused in a questionnaire with 16 experts, in order to analyze the obstacles to the application of REs in Algeria. The studyconcludedthat Algeria ismakingclear efforts in the field of promoting RE and energyefficiency, but thisis not enough. It issurrounded by many obstacles, and government obstacles are the most important obstacle at 39%, whiletechnical obstacles represent the least importanobstacles at 6%. The studyalsofound a direct relationshipbetweengovernment and marketing incentivemechanisms and the adoption of renewableenergies in buildings. The studyproved the existence of an influentialrelationshipbetween the incentivemechanisms (economic, government, marketing) for renewableenergies and the achievement of sustainabledevelopment, while the studydenied the existence of a direct influence relationshipbetween efficient use of energy and sustainabledevelopment.
