الاستثمار في رأس المال البشري وأثره على تخفيض البطالة في الجزائر. دراسة قياسية باستعمال طريقة Fmols
Résumé: يهدف هذا البحث الى دراسة اثر الاستثمار في رأس المال البشري معبرا عنه بمؤشر التعليم , على تخفيض البطالة في الجزائر خلال الفترة 1990 -2016 وذلك باستخدام طريقة المربعات الصغرى المعدلة بالكامل FMOLS , وتبين أن هناك علاقة طويلة الأجر بين الاستثمار في رأس المال البشري والبطالة تمثلت في علاقة التأثير العكسي للاستثمار في رأس المال البشري والبطالة غير آن هذا التأثير ضعيف. الكلمات المفتاحية :الاستثمار, رأس المال البشري ,البطالة , التكامل المشترك , طريقة FMOLS. تصنيفJEL : E22 ,J24 E24, , C23. Investment in human capital and its impact on unemployment reduction Algeria case study Abstract: The aim of this study is to study the effect of investment in human capital on the reduction of unemployment in Algeria during the period 1990 to 2016 using the fully modified FMOLS method. It was found that there is a long-term relationship between investment in human capital and unemployment. Human Capital and Unemployment, where investment in human capital has been shown to reduce the unemployment rate in Algeria.
