حق الإنسان في بيئة نظيفة في الشريعة الإسلامية

Résumé: ملخص : حقوق الإنسان عامة ، وحقه في العيش في بيئة نظيفة ، عرفتها الشريعة الإسلامية منذ ما يزيد عن 14 قرنا . تجلى ذلك في العديد من الآيات الكريمة والأحاديث الشريفة التي نصت على وجوب الحفاظ على البيئة الترابية والمائية والهوائية وكذلك النباتية والحيوانية ، وحي البيئة المعنوية وفق القاعدة الشرعية الأصلية ، لا ضرر ولا ضرار في الإسلام ، والتي يضمنها في الواقع التطبيقي مبدأ بالغ الأهمية وهو مبدأ الأمر بالمعروف والنهي عن المنكر الذي ينهض به كل أعضاء المجتمع أفراد ، جماعات وجمعيات . هذا الاعتناء بالبيئة بمختلف أبعادها سوف يتعكس لا محالة على حياة الإنسان الدنيوية والأخروية ، الأولى بعيشه في وسط صحي ماديا ومعنويا ، والثانية بالفوز برضوان الله والحنة . Summary: Humain rights in general, and his right of living in appropriate environment, Islamic religion defiend it since 14 centries ago, we can deduce that from a lot of quranic verses that stated the ,water and aerobic also vegetable obligatory of environment preserving whether earthen animalism and even morale environment, according to the Islamic consept , Which garantees it in the real life , avery important principle , that is ordering on doing good and preventing wickedness, which rised all the members of the society, that care about environment with its deffirent dimensions will effect without a doubt the after life firstly by living in a healthy environment morally and physically, secondly by gaining the satisfaction of god "Allah" and his paradise
