قراءة في أبعاد الحوار بين حضارات حوض البحر المتوسط

Résumé: الملخص أصبح العالم اليوم في زمن يتجه نحو المزيد من التصعيد، عالم يتجه نحو العولمة بصفة مغلقة، جعلت المسافة تتسع شمالا، جنوبا، شرقا وغربا، فكان لابد للعالم العربي والإسلامي أن يخطو خطوة أخرى نحو تعديل صورته لدى الآخر. فمشروع “حوار الحضارات“ هو مفتاح الدخول في معركة الحوار التي تبدو نقيضا لصراع الحضارات. فحوار الحضارات الذي انطلق كشعار من الغرب إلى الشرق، ومن الشمال إلى الجنوب ومن الغرب إلى العالم الإسلامي تختلف فيه الشعارات والأفكار، وخلف ذلك تكمن حقيقة جوهرية، ألا وهي أن الصراع مستمر دون انقطاع إما بالصدام أو بالحوار. فالمشكلة ليست في الحضارات، بل في طبيعة الرؤية إليها وإلى الكيانات الثقافية في حد ذاتها، وللتعريف بالصورة الأساسية لحوار الحضارات يجب أن نحدد موقع وحقيقة حوار الحضارات من العلاقات الدولية الراهنة. Abstract : The world of today is heading towards further escalation and highly closed globalization that made the distance widening northwards, southwards, eastwards and westwards. This made it a must for the Arab-Muslim world to take another step towards changing its image in the eyes of the others. The ‘Dialogue of Civilizations’ project is the key to enter the process of dialogue amidst the ‘Clash of Civilizations’. The dialogue of civilizations, which began as a slogan from West to East, North to South and from the West to the Islamic world, contains different slogans and ideas. Behind this lies a fundamental fact, that the conflict continues without interruption either by confrontation or by dialogue. The problem does not reside in civilizations, but in the way they are viewed and in the ‘Cultural Entities’ themselves. In order to give the true picture of the dialogue among civilizations, we must define the reality of such a dialogue and its location amid the current international relations.
