السلطات المباشرة وغير مباشرة للقاضي الاداري في تسيير الخصومة

Résumé: للخصومة الإداریة اجراءات خاصة بها تجعل من القاضي الاداري یتحمل عبىء التسییر في الدعوى الادارية بما له من دور إیجابي، وبالمقابل یتمتع بسلطات تقدیریة تتسع وتضیق من حين الى اخر في تقدیر اللجوء إلى اتخاذ أي إجراء من إجراءات التحقیق للوصول إلى اقتناع یؤخذ به لحل النزاع المعروض علیه من اجل بسط المشروعية من خلال خلق التوازن بين الادارة صاحبة المركز القوي والفرد الكلمات المفتاحية: القاضي الاداري اجراءات التحقيق المشروعية الدعوى الادارية ABSTRACT The administrative litigation has its own procedures that make the administrative judge bear the burden of managing the administrative lawsuit with his positive role, and in return he has discretionary powers that expand and sometimes narrow in the assessment of resorting to taking any of the investigation procedures to reach a conviction that guides him to resolve the dispute before him In order to extend legitimacy by creating a balance between the administration with a strong position and the individual key words: Administrative Judge Legal Investigation Procedures
