Résumé: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تسليط الضوء على أعمال ضباط الشرطة القضائية أثناء التحريات الأولية وخلال مرحلة التحقيق القضائي المأمورين بتنفيذها من طرف قاضي التحقيق والآثار المترتبة على سير الدعوى الجزائية حين مخالفتها للأحكام والشروط الموضوعة من قبل المشرع الجزائري This study aims to highlight the duties of the judical police officers while the initial investigations and during the stage of the judicial investigation that they are implementing required/orded by the investigating judge and the effects related to the criminal case when it violates the provisions and conditions set by the Algerian legislator
