دراسة الانتباه الانتقائي وقدرات الكف لدى الفصامي - دراسة ميدانية بمستشفى فرانز فانون بالبليدة-

Résumé: هدفت الدراسة الحالية لتحديد مستوى الانتباه الانتقائي وتقييم قدرات الكف لدى الفصامي ولتحقيق الغرض أجريت الدراسة على مجموعة مكونة من أربع حالات تم انتقائهم من مستشفى فرانز فانون بالبليدة يعانون من الفصام، تم تشخيصهم وفق الدليل الإحصائي والتشخيصي للأمراض العقلية في طبعته الخامسة، مستقرين عياديا، يتراوح سنهم بين 40 و45 سنة، ولتحقيق هدف الدراسة تم الاستعانة باختبار Stroop، لتقييم مستوى الانتباه الانتقائي و تقييم قدرات الكف، كما قمنا باتباع خطوات المنهج العيادي القائم على دراسة حالة. وتوصلت النتائج إلى وجود اضطراب على مستوى الانتباه الانتقائي عند الفصامي الراشد خاصة في المحافظة على الانتباه واستمراريته، كما أظهرت ذات النتائج أنّ هناك ضعف واضطراب على مستوى قدرات الكفّ عند أغلب أفراد مجموعة الدراسة. Our study aimed to determine the level of selective attention and assess the capacity of the inhibition in adult schizophrenia, and to achieve the purpose of the study was conducted on a group of four cases of schizophrenia, They were selected from Frantz Fanon Hospital in Blida, diagnosed according to the diagnostic and statistical manual of mental disorders DSM-5, clinically stable. between the ages of 40 and 45 years, we used Stroop test to assess selective attention and inhibitions abilities, In this study we followed the clinical approach based on a case study. the results found a disorder at the level of selective attention in adult schizophrenia, especially in the maintenance and continuity of attention, and there is weakness, as well as weakness And a disturbance in the level of inhibitions abilities of the study group members.
