Résumé: تهدف هذه الدراسة لتعريف بهيكلة المنهاج في كل المراحل التعليمية لاسيما التعليم العالي، فرضت ظروف البحث أن يكون نظريا يعتمد في غالبية محطاته على الاستقصاء ماعدا بعض المواقف التي تستدعي الاستقراء على اعتبار ذاتي أحيانا واستشرافي أحيانا أخرى. وترمي هذه الورقة إلى إيلاء أهمية أكثر لمناهج تعليمية أكثر وظيفية من أجل مخرجات وظيفية من جهة وموحدة الأفكار من جهة أخرى بعيدا عن التفاوت والتشتت المعرفي والمنهجي. ومن هذا يمكننا أن نتساءل: ما هو المنهاج وما هي أهم عناصره ؟ وما هي أهم التحديات التي تواجهه في الألفية الثالثة ؟. This study aims to define the structuring of the curriculum in all educational levels, especially higher education. This paper aims to give more importance to more functional educational curricula for functional outcomes on the one hand and unified ideas on the other hand, away from disparity and cognitive and methodological dispersion.
