Résumé: Economic intelligence is considered one of the requirements for success and leadership for service institutions, where its application is necessary due to the prominent role it plays in influencing decision-making, and it is considered one of the most important factors to face the major challenges that institutions are subject to, and economic intelligence aims to create value and competitive advantage that helps them to Survival, growth and continuity. Through this study, which aims to identify the economic intelligence and its role in improving the quality of decision-making for the service of Algeria Telecom, results have been reached by the institution in the extent of improving its quality through the answers we obtained from the employees during the interview.
