Résumé: This research aims to highlight the role of technological innovation as a form of creativity at the enterprise level to develop the competitive advantage of an economic enterprise through defining the relationship between the types of technological innovation and the types of competitive advantage, and was chosen Condor company for electronic industry as a field of research during the period 2004- 2013 for several reasons, including: :The emergence of creative activities in it on one hand and the high degree of competition of the sector in which it operates on the other hand. The research results by using the Data Envelopments Analysis method (DEA) with in put- orient , based on the presence of two units of high-efficiency, and two units with a relatively medium efficiency . And there is also a great potential to reduce some of the inputs, and increase some outputs.
