التدابير الاستعجالية في المنازعات الادارية ذات الطابع المالي

Résumé: يعد القضاء الاستعجالي في المادة الادارية ، احد أهم طرق الرقابة على تصرفات الادارة في الدولة الحديثة، ذلك أنه يسعى ويهدف إلى حماية وضمان الحفاظ على مختلف حقوق وحريات الأفـراد، وتزداد أهمية في التطبيقات ذات الطابع المالي كالصفقات العمومية، وعلى هذا جاءات هذه الورقة البحثية لتوضيح مختلف الأحكام والدابير التي تبناها المشرع الجزائري في المنازعات الإدارية ذات الطابع المالي من خلال القانون رقم 09-08 المتضمن قانون الإجراءات المدنية والإداريـة.
