تأثير تحرير التجارة الدولية على النمو الاقتصادي والتنمية المستدامة

Résumé: إن أية قراءة متفحصة ومتعمقة للتاريخ الاقتصادي العالمي يمكنها أن تنتهي بنا إلى الإحاطة بالدور الرئيسي الذي لعبته وتلعبه التجارة الدولية في رسم ملامح هذا التاريخ. وستقودنا مثل هذه القراءة إلى إدراك واستيعاب مسلمة أساسية فحواها: أن خط السير الطبيعي للتاريخ الاقتصادي للعالم كان يتجه بصفة أصيلة نحو تطوير وتوسيع مجالات ونطاق التبادل التجاري الدولي، حتى أنه يمكن التأكيد على استنتاج جوهري بهذا الصدد، وهو أن انتعاش التجارة الدولية وازدهارها يصلح لأن يكون وفي أي حقبة من الحقب مؤشرا جوهريا على حيوية ونمو واستقرار الاقتصاد العالمي، وأن العكس هو الصحيح. وفي زمن العولمة اليوم، مع تزايد موجات التحرر، أصبح للتجارة الدولية قيمة كبيرة في بلورة الحياة الاقتصادية وصياغة الأحداث في العالم. الكلمات المفتاحية: التجارة الدولية، الانفتاح التجاري، النمو الاقتصادي، التنمية الاقتصادية The impact of international trade liberalization on economic growth and sustainable development Abstract: Any closer and deep reading of the world economic history could lead us to think of the key role played and still the international trade plays in shaping of this history. And like such reading will effectively lead us to recognize and assimilate a basic message that the normal functioning line of the economic history of the world was moving in an authentic way to develop and to expand the areas and the fields of the international trade, so that can even emphasize on an essential conclusion in this regard, which is that the recovery of international trade and prosperity can serve and at any era of the eras as a pivotal indicator of the vitality, growth, and the stability of the global economy and vice versa. In today's era of globalization, with the increasing waves of liberalization, the international trade has become a great value in the development of the economic life and shaping events in the world.
