آليات التصدي للجرائم المعلوماتية الواقعة على التجارة الالكترونية Mechanisms To Address Information Crimes Against Electronic Commerce

Résumé: تعتبر التجارة الالكترونية إحدى أهم المظاهر المستحدثة في الاقتصاد الرقمي ومحركه الرئيسي، وفي ظل ما يشهده العصر الحالي من تطورات مست مختلف القطاعات، تسعى أغلب الدول لتطوير معاملاتها التجارية بتفعيل دور التجارة الالكترونية، لأن لهاالأثر الكبير في دفع عجلة النمو الاقتصادي وازدهار الأمم. غير أن التعامل عبر شبكة الانترنت التي أصبحت فضاءً تجارياً إلكترونياً وسوقاً دولية، والاعتماد عليها للقيام بكافة المعاملات التجارية، طرح مشكلة انتشار الجرائم المعلوماتية، مما يسترعي الحرص على انتهاج أساليب فعالة للتصدي لظاهرة الإجرام الالكتروني والحد من أضرارها. لذا سنتطرق إلى ماهية التجارة الالكترونية والجريمة الالكترونيةذات العلاقة بالتجارة الالكترونية،وأبرز الآليات المتخذة للحد من خطورتها. الكلمات المفتاحية : التجارة، التجارة الالكترونية، الجريمة الالكترونية، الانترنت، الإمارات العربية المتحدة. Abstract: E-commerce is one of the most important developments in the digital economy and its main engine. In the current era of developments affecting various sectors, most countries are seeking to develop their business transactions by activating the role of e-commerce, as it has a significant impact on advancing economic growth and the prosperity of nations. However, the Internet, which had become an electronic commercial space and an international market, and the reliance on it to carry out all commercial transactions had raised the problem of the spread of information crime, thus calling for the adoption of effective methods to deal with the phenomenon of cybercrime and reduce its damage. So we're going to address what e-commerce and e-crime are related to e-commerce, and highlight the mechanisms that are being taken to reduce their risk. key words:Commerce, e-commerce, cybercrime, Internet, United Arab Emirates.
