التّوجهات الحديثة للاستثمار السّياحي في الجزائر نحو سيّاحة مستدامة بيئيّا

Résumé: تستهدف الدّراسة تسليط الضّوء على إدراج المشرّع الجزائريّ لأبعاد التّنميّة المستدامة ضمن قطاع السّيّاحة، عن طريق جملة من القوانين ذات العلاقة المباشرة أو غير المباشرة بهذا القطاع، وقد تمّ التّوصّل تبعا لذلك إلى نتيجة مفادها تزايد اهتمام المستثمرين بالسّيّاحة البيئيّة كنمط جديد بديل عن السّيّاحة بمفهومها التّقليديّ، يجمع بين المقاصد الاقتصاديّة والاجتماعيّة للسّيّاحة، وبين المحافظة على التّوازن البيئي. The study aims to shed light on the Algerian legislator’s inclusion of the dimensions of sustainable development within the tourism sector, through a number of laws related directly or indirectly to this sector, and accordingly the conclusion was reached that the increasing interest of investors in eco-tourism as a new alternative to tourism in its traditional concept, It combines the economic and social purposes of tourism, and the preservation of the ecological balance.
