تجارب عالمية في مجال المالية الإسلامية ـــ نموذج ماليزيا ــــ

Résumé: تعد ماليزيا نموذجا للدول التي استطاعت توفير بيئة ملائمة نسبيا لعمل البنوك الإسلامية، وهذا ما أمكنها من إدارة السيولة النقدية بفاعلية أكبر وفق آلية تعتمد على القواعد الشرعية في تسيير السيولة النقدية بعيدا عن الربا والغرور، وبقية المعاملات المخالفة للضوابط والنصوص الشرعية التي تحكم المعاملات المالية الإسلامية، وفي الأخير تمكنت من جلب الادخارات التي تبحث عن فوائد ربوية مثل ما هو الحال في النظام المالي التقليدي، وعلى هذا الأساس سنحاول إعطاء من خلال هذه الورقة البحثية صورة شاملة حول تجربة بنك الإسلامي الماليزي في التورق المصرفي. Abstract: Malaysia is a model for countries that have been able to provide a relatively favorable environment for the work of Islamic banks. This has enabled it to manage liquidity more effectively according to a mechanism based on Shari'a rules in the management of liquidity away from usury and vanity. And the rest of the transactions contrary to the controls and texts of Islamic governing Islamic financial transactions and finally managed to bring savings looking for interest rates such as the case in the traditional financial system, and on this basis we will try to give through this paper a comprehensive picture on the experience of the Islamic Bank of Malaysia in Tawarruq The bank.
