إستراتيجية الحرب بالوكالة في المنطقة العربية دراسة حالة إيران في في ظل المتغيرات الاقليمية والدولية الجديدة The Strategy Of Proxy War In The Arab Region A Case Study Of Iran In Light Of The New Regional And International Changes

Résumé: يدور موضوع الدراسة حول استراتيجية الحرب بالوكالة الإيرانية في الازمة السورية ،و اليمنية ،وخاصة إثر موجة ثورات الربيع العربي و التطورات الجديدة على الساحة الإقليمية ، كما وضحت الدراسة اهمية المنطقة العربية في المدرك الإيراني ،وابرز محددات السلوك الايراني أثناء تدخله في الازمة السورية ،و اليمنية ثم تناولت أليات التغلغل الإيراني في سوريا،و اليمن بإستعمالها القوة الناعمة و الصلبة عن طريق توظيفها في الحروب بالوكالة والهجينة ،كما جاء التدخل الايراني في سوريا،و اليمن من منطلق ان امن ايران من امن سوريا ،وقد وصلت الدراسة الى نتيجة مفادها ان الحرب بالوكالة الإيرانية شكلت عدة تحديات على بناء الدولة في سوريا،و اليمن، وتعدى ذلك إلى الدول المجاورة ،كما تناولت الدراسة مستقبل التواجد الإيراني في سوريا و اليمن في ظل المتغيرات الإقليمية والدولية الجديدة. The subject of the study revolves around the Iranian proxy war strategy in the Syrian and Yemeni crises, especially after the wave of Arab Spring revolutions and new developments on the regional arena, as the study clarified the importance of the Arab region in the Iranian perception, and the most prominent determinants of Iranian behavior during its intervention in the Syrian and Yemeni crises Then I dealt with the mechanisms of Iranian penetration in Syria and Yemen by using soft and hard power by employing it in proxy and hybrid wars, as the Iranian intervention in Syria and Yemen came from the premise that Iran's security is from the security of Syria, and the study reached a conclusion that the war is proxy Iran posed several challenges to state building in Syria and Yemen, and beyond that to neighboring countries.
