دور وكالات الدعم الحكومية في تمويل المقاولاتية النسوية في الجزائر

Résumé: تهدف هذه الورقة البحثية إلى تسليط الضوء على موضوع المقاولة النسوية في الجزائر وهذا لمواكبة الانفتاحات كنظيراتها من الدول العربية، وأهم الوكالات الوطنية الداعمة لها وحصيلة المشاريع النسوية من إجمالي المشاريع. نستخلص من هذه الورقة البحثية أن الجزائر قامت بإصلاحات من أجل دعم المرأة المقاولة وذلك بإنشاء وكالات وطنية لترقية وتنمية المشاريع النسوية، ونلاحظ من النتائج المتوصل إليها من هذه الدراسة أن المشاريع النسوية لا تمثل سوى نسبة ضئيلة من المشاريع الممولة من طرف هذه الوكالات على الرغم من الجهود المبذولة إلا أن النتائج لم تكن مرضية وهذا راجع أيضا إلى نظرة المجتمع للمرأة والعادات والتقاليد التي تحتكر الكثير من المجالات على الرجال فقط. This research paper aims to shed light on the issue of women’s entrepreneurship in Algeria, and this is to cope with the openness as its Arab counterparts, the most important national agencies supporting it and the outcome of women's projects out of the total projects. We extract from this research paper that Algeria has made reforms to support women entrepreneurs by establishing national agencies to promote and develop women's projects, and we note from the results of this study that women's projects represent only a small percentage of the projects funded by these agencies despite efforts However, the results were not satisfactory and this is also due to the society’s view of women and the customs and traditions that have a monopoly in many areas on men only.
