دراسة قياسية و تحليلية لعلاقة الاستثمار الأجنبي المباشر بالنمو الاقتصادي حالة الجزائر خلال الفترة (1980-2015)

Résumé: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى اختبار العلاقة طويلة المدى بين الاستثمار الأجنبي المباشر و النمو الاقتصادي في الجزائر، و تم استخدام بيانات سنوية للفترة 1980-2015، بينت نتائج اختبار (PP) و (ADF) عدم استقرار السلاسل الزمنية لكل من الاستثمار الأجنبي المباشر و النمو الاقتصادي، حيث استقرت بعد الفروقات من الدرجة الأولى، و تم اختبار التكامل المشترك بين السلسلتين و قد قمنا باختبار نموذج تصحيح الخطأ ECM و الذي من خلالها توصلنا إلى أن هناك علاقة في المدى الطويل بين المتغيرتين و أن العلاقة سالبة بينهما و هذا ما يوافق آراء بعض المفكرين بأن للاستثمار الأجنبي علاقة عكسية مع النمو الاقتصادي. و في الأخير تناولنا جملة من التوصيات تنص على أنه الجزائر بأمس الحاجة لرأس المال الأجنبي اللازم لدفع عجلة التنمية الشاملة، إلا أنه يجب توفير ضوابط معينة للاستفادة القصوى من هذه الاستثمارات. This study aims to test a long-term relationship between foreign direct investment and economic growth in Algeria, and has been using annual data for the period 1980-2015, showed the results of the test(PP) and (ADF) instability of the time series for each of the foreign direct investment and economic growth, where he settled after differences from the first class, and were tested joint integration between the two strings and may we tested error correction model ECM and that from which we determined that there is a relationship in the long run between Almngartin and that the relationship is negative between them and this corresponds to some thinkers views that foreign investment relationship counterproductive with economic growth. At last we addressed a number of recommendations states that Algeria in dire need of foreign capital needed to push forward the comprehensive development process, but it must provide certain controls most of these investments to take advantage.
