أثر سياسات الهوية على الإستقرار السياسي في الجزائر

Résumé: الملخص: تستعرض هذه الدراسة بالبحث والتحليل أثر "سياسات الهوية" على "الاستقرار السياسي" في الجزائر، من خلال تحليل طبيعة العلاقة بين قضايا الهوية وطبيعة النظام السياسي، حيث تتناول الدراسة مؤشرات العلاقة بين السلطة والجماعات الهوياتية وانعكاس هذه العلاقة على استقرار النظام السياسي، وتنطلق من فرضية مفادها أن غياب سياسات هوية متوازنة وشاملة يؤدي إلى اضطرابات سياسية خاصة في ظل تعدد الهويات داخل المجتمع الجزائري. وتخلص الدراسة إلى أن التعامل غير المتكافئ مع الهويات وعدم دمجها ضمن مشروع وطني جامع، يحول الهوية من عنصر توحيد إلى عامل تهديد يزعزع الاستقرار، بينما يمكن لسياسات الهوية الرشيدة أن تشكل أساسا لترسيخ الاستقرار السياسي. Abstract: This study examines, through research and analysis, the impact of identity politics on political stability in Algeria by analysing the nature of the relationship between identity issues and the structure of the political system. It addresses indicator of the relationship between the authorities and identity-based groups, and how this relationship is reflected in the stability of the political system. The study is based on the hypotheses that the absence of balanced and comprehensive identity policies leads to political unrest, especially given the multiplicity of identities within Algerian society. This study concludes that unequal treatment of different identities, and the failure to integrate them into a unified national project, transforms identity from a unifying element into a destabilizing threat. Conversely, sound identity politics can play an effective role in consolidating political stability.
