وهران في خضم الصراع الثلاثي العثماني المغربي والاسباني 1671- 1708م

Résumé: نتناول في هذه الدراسة جملة من الأحداث التاريخية التي حدثت ضمن إطار مكاني محدد وهو مدينة وهران، والتي جرت بين الاسبان المحتلين لمدينة وهران والعثمانيون في الجزائر والعلويون في المغرب الأقصى المتنافسين على تحرير المدينة، وهذا في إطار زمني محدد 1671- 1708م، فقد عرفت المنطقة في هذه الفترة منعطفات سياسية كبيرة على المستويين المحلي في مدينة وهران والإقليمي؛ أي في الدول الثلاثة تمثلت أساسا في استبدال نظام الأغوات في الجزائر بنظام الدايات سنة 1671م، ومعه زادت وتيرة الصراع الجزائري الإسباني في وهران مستغلين في ذلك المشاكل السياسية التي كانت تمر بها المملكة الإسبانية نتيجة شغور العرش من وريث شرعي، وهو ما انعكس سلبا على الحامية الإسبانية في وهران، وقد تزامنت هذه الأحداث وتولي المولى إسماعيل الملك في المغرب الأقصى، الذي أشتهر بعدائه للاسبان والجزائريين على حد سواء وقد حاول هذا السلطان تحرير وهران لعله بذلك يحوزها لنفسه، لولا أن الجزائريين سبقوه إليها وحرروها سنة 1708م إلاّ أن الاسبان سرعان ما استعادوها منهم سنة 1732م. Abstract :In this study, we examine a series of historical events that occurred within a specific geographical context, which is the city of Oran. These events involved the Spanish occupiers of Oran, the Ottomans in Algeria, and the Alawites in distant Morocco, all competing to liberate the city. This took place within a specific timeframe from 1671 to 1708 CE. During this period, the region witnessed significant political developments at both the local and regional levels, particularly in the three nations. This was primarily characterized by the replacement of the Agawat system in Algeria with the Dey system in 1671, intensifying the Algerian-Spanish conflict in Oran, taking advantage of the political problems within the Spanish kingdom due to the vacant throne. This had a negative impact on the Spanish garrison in Oran. These events coincided with the reign of Mawla Ismail in distant Morocco, who was known for his hostility toward both the Spanish and the Algerians. He attempted to liberate Oran to claim it for himself, but the Algerians had already beaten him to it and liberated it in 1708. However, the Spanish quickly regained control of the city from them in 1732 CE.
