التحالف الاستراتيجي الصيني – الروسي كقوى مُوازِنة في مواجهة النظام الأحادي القطبية وتوطين نظام عالمي متعدد الأقطاب The Chinese-russian Strategic Alliance As A Counterbalance To The Unipolar System And A Path Towards A Multipolar World

Résumé: الملخص: يحاجج البحث في إمكانية تشكل عالم متعدد الأقطاب في ظل تراجع القوة والهيمنة الأمريكية العالمية، وذلك من خلال التطرق إلى موضوع التحالف الاستراتيجي الصيني الروسي كقوى مُوازِنة واللتين تسعيان بشكل حثيث من أجل مواجهة الهيمنة الأمريكية والنظام الأحادي القطبية وتوطين نظام عالمي متعدد الأقطاب، لذلك سيتم التطرق إلى عودة العلاقات الصينية الروسية وبوادر منظوراتهما ورأيتهما المشتركة حول التوافق بتشكيل نظام عالمي متعدد الأقطاب، وكذا مختلف السياسات التي تم اعتمادها من طرفهما من أجل تشكيل نظام دولي متعدد الأقطاب، وقد خلص البحث إلى أن ذلك متوقف على مختلف الرهانات والأحداث العالمية على غرار الحرب التجارية الأمريكية الصينية ونواتجها، ومُخلفات أزمة جائحة كورونا، وكذا الأمر الخاص بمن سيكون الرئيس القادم للولايات المتحدة الأمريكية. Abstract : This study argues that the creation of a multipolar world amid the relative decline of the U.S. global power is a likely prospect, based on several indications, including the establishment of significant strategic alliances between major non-western powers like that between China and Russia. China and Russia are working together as strategic allies to both, counter the U.S. preeminence and pave the way for a desired multipolar world that best serves their national interests. In this paper, the development of the Chinese-Russian relationships, their common strategic perspectives, as well as the policies they have embraced to achieve this goal are examined and analyzed. In the end, the paper affirms that this prospect largely depends on the outcomes of various global events, such as the U.S.-Chinese trade war, the Covid-19 pandemics, and the internal politics of the United States, particularly on who will be the next U.S. president
