Résumé: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة طبيعة العلاقة بين المشاركة السياسية والمواطنة في الجزائر، حيث انطلقت من الافتراض القائل بأن المشاركة السياسية التي تسود فيها حرية المشاركة واحترام الدستور تؤدي دورا هاما في ضمان وتكريس الديمقراطية والقدرة على تنمية قيم المواطنة في الجزائر، وعليه أكدت الدراسة على الكشف عن الأسباب التي وقفت حاجزا أمام ميلاد وتنمية المواطنة في الجزائر وانعكاس ذلك على المشاركة السياسية، ومعرفة أهم عوائق المشاركة السياسية التي آلت إلى عدم تحقيق وتنمية المواطنة. This study aims to understand the nature of the relationship between political participation and citizenship in Algeria, on the basis that political participation in which freedom of participation and respect for the Constitution play an important role in guaranteeing and rooting democracy and the ability to develop citizenship values in Algeria. The reasons that hindered the birth and development of citizenship in Algeria and the reflection on political participation and the knowledge of the most important obstacles to political participation that led to the failure of the realization and development of the citizenship.
