تداعيات الأزمة الروسية الأوكرانية على الأمن الطاقوي الصيني الروسي

Résumé: تعد الطاقة مورداً حيوياً تسعى الدول، سواء المصدرة أو المستوردة، لضمان تدفقه المستمر للحفاظ على مكانتها الريادية سياسياً واقتصادياً وعسكرياً. ومع تصاعد أهمية أمن الطاقة في الأجندات الاستراتيجية للقوى الكبرى مثل روسيا والصين، أصبح هذا المورد محوراً للصراع والتعاون، خاصة بعد الأزمة الروسية الأوكرانية. تركز هذه الدراسة على واقع العلاقات الطاقوية بين روسيا والصين، والتحولات التي طرأت عليها في ظل تداعيات الأزمة على أمن الطاقة في البلدين، وجهود القيادات في صياغة استراتيجيات لمواجهة التحديات الناشئة. Abstract: Energy is a vital resource for all nations, whether exporters or importers, as they strive to ensure a steady flow of energy to sustain their political, economic, and military standing. Energy security has thus become a strategic priority for global powers like Russia and China, serving as both a source of conflict and cooperation due to its central role in the global economy, particularly following the Russian-Ukrainian crisis. This study explores Russo-Chinese energy relations and examines the shifts in their bilateral dynamics in response to the energy security challenges intensified by the crisis.
