الأحزاب السياسية ورهان الثقافة السياسية في الجزائر

Résumé: في ضوء الثنائية القائمة بين الأحزاب السياسية وتحديات الثقافة السياسية السائدة، يسعى هذا المقال في البحث عن طبيعة واقع التأثير الذي تمارسه الثقافة السياسية بكل مكوناتها على الأحزاب السياسية في الجزائر، من حيث تتبع مسار هذه الأحزاب وواقعها بين نظام الأحادية والتعددية الحزبية، ورصد معالم أزمة هوية الأحزاب من خلال القيم الثقافية التي تتبناها والتي تتأصل في باراديغم القبيلة كمحرك للأحزاب، ومن خلال رمزيات الخطاب السياسي، وتداعيات واقع العمل الحزبي على وعي المواطن الجزائري، وقد أسفرت النتائج على وجود جملة من التأثيرات السلبية التي تمارسها الثقافة السياسية السائدة على بنية وتركيبة الأحزاب السياسية بخصوص الرؤية والإدراك واتخاذ القرار، ومستوى الخطاب السياسي ورمزيته، والقيم الثقافية التي تتبناها الأحزاب، كما بينت النتائج ضعف هذه الأخيرة اتجاه تأطير المواطن الجزائري وتكوينه سياسيا. In light of the duality between political parties and the challenges of the prevailing political culture, this article seeks to examine the nature of the reality of the influence exerted by the political culture in all its components on the political parties in Algeria, in terms of following the course of these parties and their reality between The one-party system and multipartyism, and monitoring the crisis of the identity of the parties through the cultural values that they adopt and which are rooted in the tribe's Paradigm as an engine of the parties, through the symbolism of political discourse, and the implications of the reality of the party's work on the awareness of the Algerian citizen. The results have resulted in a number of negative influences exerted by the prevailing political culture on the structure and composition of political parties in terms of vision and decision-making, the level and symbolism of political discourse, and the cultural values espoused by the parties, and the weakness of these parties showed the trend towards framing and political composition of The Algerian citizen.
