الحق الأساسي الأصيل للدول بين الحماية القانونية وتحديات واقع العلاقات الدولية الدولية المستحدثة

Résumé: الملخص: يقترن وجود الدولة في ساحة العلاقات القانونية الدولية بجملة من الحقوق التي تتمتع بها بمجرد منحها الشخصية القانونية الدولية باعتبارها كيان دولي ذات سيادة كاملة، وترتكز هذه الحقوق على حق أساسي أصيل يمنح للدولة بمجرد وجودها وهو حق البقاء.  ونظرا للأهمية القانونية والواقعية البالغة لهذا الحق اهتمت هذه الورقة البحثية بتحليل موضوع حق الدولة في الوجود والبقاء  كدراسة نظرية لعينة عن الحقوق الطبيعية للدول، مع عرض أحد الجوانب التهديدية المعاصرة المؤثرة بهذا الحق وهو مسألة الاستعمار الالكتروني. الكلمات المفتاحية: حقوق الدول، حق الدولة في الوجود، الارهاب الالكتروني. Abstract: The presence of the State in the arena of international legal relations is accompanied by a range of rights that it enjoys once it has been granted international legal personality as a fully sovereign international entity, and these rights are based on an inherent fundamental right granted to the State once it exists, the right to remain. In view of the very legal importance and realism of this right, this paper focused on analysing the issue of the right of the State to exist and survive as a theoretical study of the natural rights of States, while presenting one of the contemporary threats affecting this right, namely the issue of electronic colonization.
