Résumé: ملخص - يعتبر إسم العلامة التجارية دليلا مهما للمستهلك يمكنه من التعرف على السلع والخدمات وتميزها وبالتالي تسهيل العملية التسويقية عليه، وانطلاقا من هذه الدراسة التي تم التركيز فيها على تقديم وشرح الخطوات أو منهجية اختيار اسم العلامة التجارية، حيث تظهر أهميته في سوق المنافسة أيضا كوسيلة للاتصال بين المؤسسة والمستهلك، أين تظهر ضرورة العمل على بناء الصورة الجيدة لهذا الاسم والمحافظ عليها حتى تبقي على عامل الثقة والتعلق للمستهلك بهذا الاسم. كما وجب التنويه على مسيري العلامة التجارية الأخذ في الحسبان أن يكون العامل الثقافي غير مناف للقانون ولأعراف المجتمع، خاصة في تسويق العلامة دوليا، والحماية القانونية له ضد التقليد Abstract The brand name is an important guide for the consumer that enables him to identify goods and services and distinguish them and thus facilitate the marketing process on him, and based on this study in which the focus was on providing and explaining the steps or methodology for choosing the brand name, as its importance appears in the competition market also as a means of communication between the institution And the consumer, where does the necessity of working on building a good image of this name and maintaining it appear in order to keep the trust and attachment to the consumer with this name It must also be noted that the administrators of the trademark must take into account that the cultural factor is incompatible with the law and the norms of society, especially in marketing the trademark internationally, and its legal protection against imitation.
