المصالحة في جرائم الأعمال.

Résumé: استحدث المشرع الجزائري طرق و إجراءات جديدة تعمل على التقليل من العبء الكبير الملقى على العدالة، وذلك بتبنيه لسياسة الجنائية معاصرة تعتمد أساسا على نظام الصلح الجنائي أو المصالحة أو الوساطة الجزائية التي حددت نطاقها واليات تطبيقها لتقليل من حجم القضايا قبل اللجوء إلى القضاء. وبسبب تمايز الجرائم الاقتصادية والمالية والتجارية والعمالية، من حيث المصلحة العامة المحمية، خاصة في مجال الأعمال، فكان لزاما على المشرع تبني نظام قانوني يهدف إلى حماية مصالح الأشخاص والدولة ممثلة في الإدارة . The Algerian legislator has developed new methods and procedures that reduce the heavy burden placed on justice, by adopting a contemporary criminal policy that relies mainly on the system of criminal conciliation, reconciliation or penal mediation, which has defined its scope and mechanisms of application to reduce the volume of cases before resorting to the judiciary. Because of the differentiation of economic, financial, commercial and labor crimes, in terms of the protected public interest, especially in the field of business, it was necessary for the legislator to adopt a legal system aimed at protecting the interests of persons and the state represented in the administration.
