تمويل الاستثمارات البيئية كآلية لتحقيق التنمية المستدامة – دراسة حالة مؤسسة الاسمنت بسطيف-

Résumé: ملخص حاولت هذه الدراسة تبيان أهمية تمويل الاستثمارات البيئية كمحرك أساسي وعنصر فعال لكل مؤسسة من أجل تحقيق تنمية مستدامة من خلال أبعادها الثلاث الاقتصادية والبيئية والاجتماعية، لما لهذه الأخيرة من فاعلية في الاستجابة لاحتياجات الأجيال الراهنة دون المساس بقدرة الأجيال القادمة للاستجابة أو على الوفاء باحتياجاتها، وبالتطبيق على مؤسسة الاسمنت بسطيف باعتبارها من المؤسسات السباقة في مجال التنمية المستدامة رغم التكاليف الباهظة للاستثمارات البيئية التي تم تمويلها، فقد حققت فعلا نسبا معتبرة بتخفيض نسبة التلوث وتحسين بيئتها الداخلية والخارجية الأمر الذي انعكس على الجو العام للعمل وزيادة أجور العمال وتحقيق نمو اقتصادي وبيئي واجتماعي على جميع القطاعات. Abstract This study tried to illustrate the importance of financing of environmental investments as main element effective of each institution in order to achieve sustainable development through economic, environmental and social three dimensions. Because the latter has effectiveness in responding to the needs of current generations without compromising the ability of future generations to meet or be honest to their own needs. We have made an application on the cement Corporation in Setif as a pioneer institution in the field of sustainable development. Despite the costs of environmental investments that have been funded, this institution has actually achieved consideration proportions of reducing the degree of pollution and improving its internal and external environment, which is reflected on the overall atmosphere to work. This resulted an increase in the workers' wages and achievement of economic, environmental and social growth in all sectors
