بناء نموذج قياسي للتنبؤ بالأداء المالي للمؤسسات المسعرة " عينة من الشركات ببورصة قطر للفترة 2010 إلى2015"
Résumé: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى بناء نموذج لتنبؤ بالأداء المالي للمؤسسات المسعرة في بورصة قطر، من خلال قدرة النسب المالية في التمييز بين المؤسسات السليمة والمتعثرة، باستخدام التحليل التميزي L’AFD على عينة مكونة من 10 مؤسسات من قطاعات مختلفة. خلصت الدراسة إلى تحديد نسبتين من بين19 نسبة مالية لها قدرة على التمييز بين المؤسسات السليمة والمتعثرة، وتمثل هذه نسبتين في نسبة الأصول الجارية إلى إجمالي الأصول ونسبة فائض الإجمالي للاستغلال إلى رقم الأعمال. The aim of this study is to build a model to predict the financial performance of the denominated institutions on the Qatar stock market, through knowing to how extent is the financial ratio able to distinguish between the sound institutions and the stalled ones, using discriminatory analysis L'AFD on a sample consisting of 10 institutions from different sectors. This study, has concluded that two of the 19 financial ratios have the ability to distinguish between the sound and the stalled institutions, represented in the ratio of the current assets to the total assets and the ratio of the total surplus of the exploitation to the ratio of the business turnover.
