مدى تأثير الثقافة التنظيمية المدركة في تعزيز الاتصالات الداخلية بديوان التسيير والترقية العقارية Opgi بولاية بالجلفة

Résumé: تهدف الدراسة للكشف عن اتجاهات العاملين بديوان التسيير والترقية العقارية OPGI بولاية بالجلفة (الجزائر) حول أثر الثقافة التنظيمية في تعزيز الاتصال الداخلي، ولتحقيق الهدف الرئيسي للدراسة استخدامنا أسلوب دراسة الحالة ضمن المنهج الوصفي، حيث وزعنا استبيان على عينة من العاملين مقدرة بــ 48 مفردة، وخلصت الدراسة لعدة نتائج أهمها: تحقق مستوى متوسط لإدراك الثقافة التنظيمية لدى العاملين، وتسجيل مستوى متوسط لإدراك الاتصال الداخلي لدى العاملين، حيث كان لبعد (التوجه نحو النتائج) الأثر الوحيد في تعزيز الاتصال الداخلي بديوان التسيير والترقية العقارية OPGI بولاية بالجلفة. The current study aims to uncover the employees’ attitudes in the Office of Real Estate Management and Promotion in Djelfa (Algeria) about the impact of Organizational culture on enhancing internal communication, we used the case study method within the descriptive approach, The research was conducted on a sample of 48 employees. The research concluded with several results, the most important of which were: we recorded an average level of Organizational culture recognition by the staff; we found an average level of Internal communication awareness; the dimension of Orientation toward results had the only impact on enhancing the internal communication in the Office of Real Estate Management and Promotion in Djelfa.
