المسألة اللغوية في إفريقيا في ظل ملامح السياسة اللغوية الاستعمارية الجزائر أنموذجا

Résumé: الملخص: لاجرم في أن المسألة اللغوية في أفريقيا تحتاج إلى دراسة واستقراء للوضع الحالي الذي يدق ناقوس الخطر، مما يستدعي الإسراع لكشف الأوراق وقراءة الواقع اللغوي بعين الصواب من أجل حلول عملية لاحتواء الأزمة.،وتأتي هذه الورقة أساسا بعد استقراء الوضع اللغوي في أفريقيا والجزائر تحديدا إلى الوقوف على السياسات اللغوية الاستعمارية لهدم اللغة الرسمية ،وتوسيع الهوة بين اللغة الأصلية وناطقيها. والوقوف على ذات الصراع وكيفية التعايش الحتمي معه ووضع حلول للوضع الراهن الذي يقضي بضرورة تسويغ سياسة لغوية،تعمل على تنظيم استخدام الثالوث اللغوي في الجزائر، حسب ما تقتضيه الحاجة لكل لغة بما يحافظ على الهوية ويحمي البلاد من التشتت والتمزق اللغوي، ..
