Résumé: الملخص باللغة العربية: تتناول الدراسة التفكيك الاجتماعي والاقتصادي من خلال تقارير تطبيقات السيناتيس كونسيلت 22 أفريل 1863 لقبيلة مازونة في فترة حكم الإمبراطورية الفرنسية الثانية، اعتمدنا فيها على أرشيف ما وراء البحار بأكس بروفانس بالخصوص العلبة الأرشيفية 2N62 بعنوان الملكية العقارية الأهلية لقبيلة مازونة، وعلى إجراءات تطبيق مرسومي التحديد والتوزيع 19 نوفمبر 1869 عليها وتقسيمها إلى ثلاث دواوير أهلية بناء على عدد سكانها ومواردها المالية وثروتها الحيوانية وطبيعة الملكية بها، بتحصيل الفائض العقاري ومصادرة العقارات والاستحواذ عليها بمختلف الصيغ لأجل تأسيس المراكز والمشاريع الاستيطانية بضرب الروح الجماعية والتضامن والتلاحم، مِمَّا آثار نزاعات إثنية بين القبائل المجاورة و داخل الفروع نفسها وأدى إلى اختفاء معالم جغرافية من على الخريطة الديمغرافية وضم الكثير من الأراضي التي لا صاحب لها ولا سندات لها إلى أملاك الدولة ومن ذلك أراضي الحبوس، وذلك بإيجاد الصيغ القانونية وبإتباع أسلوب المراوغة والتحايل لزيادة الوعاء العقاري بما يخدم الاستيطان وتوسعه. Abstract: The study deals with the socio-economic disintegration of the Mazouna tribe through the reports of the applications of the Senatus Consulte of 22 April 1863, based on the Overseas Archive in Aix-Provence, especially archive box 2N62 entitled Indigenat Property of the Mazouna tribe, and the repercussions of the application of the Decrees of Determination and Distribution of 19 November 1869, which divided it into three Douars Communes based on its population, financial resources, animal wealth and the nature of the property, and collected surplus land for the establishment of settlement centers and projects and hit the collective spirit of the tribe. This has led to the disappearance of geographical landmarks from the demographic map and the annexation of many lands that have no owner and no title deeds to state property, including Habous lands, by finding legal formulas and using evasive and deceptive methods to increase the real estate base to serve the settlement.
