المحددات الاقتصادية للطلب على الكهرباء في الاقتصاد الليبي

Résumé: هدفت هذه الدراسة لقياس محددات الطلب على الكهرباء في ليبيا ذات الطبيعة الاقتصادية في الفترة (1975-2017) ، وقد استخدم في هذه الدراسة المنهج القياسي، حيث استخدم نموذج الانحدار الذاتي لفترات الابطاء الموزعة ARDL ، وقد توصلت الدراسة الى ان متوسط الدخل الحقيقي لا تربطه علاقة باستهلاك الكهرباء في المدى القصير وان واردات الاجهزة الكهربائية له علاقة موجبة مع استهلاك الكهرباء للسنة الحالية وسنة الابطاء الثانية ، وان نسبة الناتج الصناعي الى الناتج المحلي الاجمالي لا تربطه علاقة مع استهلاك الكهرباء للسنة الحالية ولا لسنة الابطاء الاولى ولكن تربطهما علاقة عكسية في سنة الابطاء الثانية، اما بالنسبة للمتغيرات المستقلة سالفة الذكر فأن لها علاقة ايجابية بما يتوافق مع النظرية الاقتصادية مع المتغير التابع استهلاك الكهرباء بالكيلو وات في الساعة في المدى الطويل. This study aimed to measure the determinants of electricity demand in Libya of an economic nature during the period (1975-2017). Distributed delays ARDL, the study concluded that the average real income is not related to electricity consumption in the short term and that imports of electrical appliances have a positive relationship with electricity consumption for the current year and the second slow year, and that the ratio of industrial output to GDP has no relationship with electricity consumption for the year Neither the current nor the first slow year, but they have an inverse relationship in the second slow year. As for the aforementioned independent variables, they have a positive relationship in accordance with the economic theory with the dependent variable, electricity consumption in kilowatt-hours in the long run.
