ضرورة تبني حوكمة تكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصال في المؤسسات الاقتصادية حالة مؤسسة ميناء مستغانم

Résumé: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تسليط الضوء على دور تكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصال التي أصبحت تلعب دورا محوريا في مجال تقنية المعلومات ويمكن أن نحقق النتائج المرجوة منها، إذا ما تم ربط نظام الحوكمة وهذه التقنية المعلوماتية، لتعطي القيمة المثلى لها، ولإثراء بحثنا قمنا بدراسة ميدانية على مستوى مؤسسة ميناء مستغانم، حيث استخدمنا المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، وقد قمنا بتوزيع استمارة على فئات عينة الدراسة مثلها بعض المسيرين، وقد خلصت الدراسة إلى أن المؤسسة لها مستوى جيد نوعا ما من حيث تطبيق حوكمة تكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصال حيث هي آلية المعتمد عليها للتحكم الأمثل في تكنولوجيا المعلومات.
