Géologie Et Suivi Du Processus De Fabrication De Granulats Des Sites De L’eng-sidi Abdelli (monts De Tlemcen) Et Du Pk 70 D’el Bayadh

Résumé: Les Monts de Tlemcen et Djebel Amour (El Bayadh) constituent des réserves naturelles importantes de carbonates utiles pour la fabrication des granulats. Une étude comparative sur le plan géologique et sur le processus de fabrication de granulats des sites de l’ENG-Sidi Abdelli et du PK 70 - El Bayadh a permis de montrer que: - le premier site est formé par des calcaires dolomitiques et des calcaires durs d’âge Kimméridgien, le deuxième site renferme des calcaires fracturés de dureté moyenne d’âge Turonien inférieur. - l’exploitation de ces deux gisements suit la même méthode d’abattage par l’explosif. Néanmoins la différence réside, en premier lieu, dans la dureté de la roche et l’utilisation d’un explosif approprié et ainsi la qualité des granulats commercialisés qui est bonne et répond aux normes internationales pour l’ENG, par contre l’ENCOTREB utilise un plan de tir inadapté (explosif et maille) aux calcaires fracturés de dureté moyenne qui donne une abondante fraction fine par rapport aux autres produits finis notamment la fraction 8/15. Enfin, l’ENG possède une infrastructure importante (laboratoires, maintenance, hygiène et sécurité) et une gamme de matériels d’exploitation robustes et en très bonne état. Abstract: The Mounts of Tlemcen and Djebel Amour (El Bayadh) constitute significant natural useful carbonate reserves for the manufacture of the aggregates. A comparative study on the geological level and the manufacturing process of agregates of the sites of ENG-SidiAbdelli and the PK 70-El Bayadh made it possible to show that: - The first site is formed by dolomitic limestones and hard limestones attributed to the Kimméridgien age, the second site contains fractured limestones of average hardness attributed to the lower Turonien age. -The exploitation of these two layers follows the same method of demolition by the explosive.Nevertheless the difference resides, initially, in the hardness of the rock and the use of a suitable explosive and thus the quality of the marketed aggregates which is good and meets the international standards for the ENG, on the other hand the ENCOTREB uses a shot-firing pattern unsuited (explosive and nets) to fractured limestones of average hardness which gives an abundant fine fraction compared to the other products finished in particular fraction 8/15.
