استخدام طرق الأمثلية في دعم قرارات النقل داخل المؤسسة الاقتصادية دراسة حالة شركة نفطال - البويرة –

Résumé: الملخص: نحاول من خلال هذه الورقة البحثية تضمين دراسة تطبيقية لدور الطرق الكمية ومدى نجاعتها في عملية عقلنة ودعم القرارات الإدارية المتعلقة بوظيفة النقل من أجل البحث عن الأمثلية ومعالجة المشكلات التي تتصف بمحدودية الموارد وتعدد البدائل داخل المؤسسة الاقتصادية، وذلك من خلال تطبيق أسلوب البرمجة الخطية على إحدى الشركات الوطنية والمتمثلة في شركة نفطال باعتبارها من بين أهم الشركات الوطنية التي تساهم بفعالية في تحريك قطاع المحروقات وتنميته في الجزائر إذ تتخصص في مجال تخزين، نقل وتوزيع المنتجات البترولية ومشتقاتها، حيث بينت النتائج أهمية استعمال أسلوب البرمجة الخطية في ترشيد قرارات نقل مادة الوقود بمختلف أنواعها من مراكز التخزين إلى محطات التوزيع وذلك بأقل تكلفة نقل ممكنة وفق شبكة النقل المثلى التي يجب استخدامها من طرف شركة نفطال من أجل إيصال كميات الوقود المطلوبة إلى محطات التوزيع بأقل تكلفة نقل كلية ممكنة والمبنية على حل نموذج البرمجة الخطية. الكلمات المفتاحية: مسألة النقل، البرمجة الخطية، نفطال، القرارات الإدارية، طرق الأمثلية. Abstract: Through this research paper we are trying to establish an applied study for the role of quantitative methods and their effectiveness in the process of supporting administrative decisions related to the transport function, in order to search for optimization and solving the problems which are characterized by limited resources and multiple alternatives within the economic institution, through the application of the linear programming method to a national company which contribute to the movement of the hydrocarbons sector and its development in Algeria, it specializes in the storage of transportation and distribution of petroleum products and their derivatives, while the results showed the importance of using linear programming method in the rationalization of decisions to transport fuel material of all kinds, from the storage center to the distribution stations at the lowest possible cost according to an optimal transmission network,which should be used by Naftal in order to deliver the required quantities of fuel at the lowest possible coast, based on the linear programming model solution.
