الحماية المقررة للطفل من الجرائم وفقا للقانون 15-12 - جريمة العرقلة والمنع عن اداء المهام، جريمة افشاء السر المهني نموذجا-

Résumé: تمحور هذا المقال حول الحماية التي حظى بها الطفل في ظل القانون رقم 15- 12 المؤرخ في 15يوليو 2015م والمتعلق بحماية الطفل، والموجه إلى كل من له علاقة مباشرة أو غير مباشرة بالطفل، اذ تعدى هذا التشريع حدود توفير الحماية للأحداث الجانحين بل مددت الحماية إلى أعلى المستويات فقد مست أيضا الأطفال ضحايا مختلف الجرائم ، وقد عمد المشرع من خلال هذا القانون إلى وضع أحكام جزائية تحمل في طياتها تقرير مختلف العقوبات حال ارتكاب أفعال تمس بمصلحة الحدث، لعل من أهم هذه الافعال ؛ عرقلة ومنع المفوض الوطني ومصالح الوسط المفتوح عن أداء المهام الموكلة لهم قانونا عند قيامهم بمختلف التحقيقات ،كذا إفشاء السر المهني قصد مخالفة أحكام قانون حماية الطفل. This article focused on the protection that the child received under Law No. 15-12 of July 15, 2015 related to the protection of the child, which is directed to everyone who has a direct or indirect relationship with the child, as this legislation went beyond the limits of providing protection for juvenile delinquents, but extended the protection to a higher The levels have also affected children who are victims of various crimes. Through this law, the legislator has set out penal provisions that carry with it the determination of various penalties in the event of committing acts that affect the interest of the juvenile, perhaps the most important of these acts; Obstructing and preventing the National Commissioner and the interests of the open community from performing the tasks assigned to them by law when they carry out various investigations, as well as disclosing professional secrets in order to violate the provisions of the Child Protection Law.
