تأثير النخب السياسية على المشاركة السياسية في تونس 2010 - 2018
Résumé: عرفت تونس بعد الحَراك الشعبي عدة تغييرات أثَّرت إيجابًا على الممارسة الديمقراطية والاستقرار السياسي، والتي انعكست بشكل رئيسي على المشاركة السياسية على المستوى الوطني والمحلي، لذا سيتم دراسة تأثير النخب السياسية الحاكمة وغير الحاكمة على عملية المشاركة السياسية؛ من خلال ما تم اتخاذه من آليات لذلك، التي عززت بدورها للتفاعل الإيجابي بين النخب السياسية الحاكمة وغير الحاكمة، وبين النخب السياسية والجماهير. After the political movement, several changes have emerged in Tunisia, that it had a positive effect on democratic practice and political stability, which it was reflected on political participation at the national and local levels, wherefore in this study ,we research the influence of ruling and non-ruling political elites on the process of political participation, through the mechanisms taken to activate it.
