عواقب عدم التزام محافظ الحسابات بمهامه في الجزائر

Résumé: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى اختبار مدى التعرف على مختلف المسؤوليات التي يتحملها محافظ الحسابات وكذا اهم المخالفات والجرائم التي قد يرتكبها، ومدى الاهتمام بسمعة مهنة التدقيق من خلال الاعتماد على التحليل العاملي الاستكشافي لعينة من محافظي الحسابات والخبراء المحاسبين باستعمال الحزمة الإحصائية SPSS 23 ، وذلك بعد التعرف على مضمون المرسوم التنفيذي رقم 13-10 والقانون 10-01 المتعلقان بمهنة محافظة الحسابات بالجزائر، وخلصت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من النتائج التي أكدت صحة تلك الفرضيات أهمها وعي محافظو الحسابات في الجزائر بمختلف المسؤوليات الواجب تحملها خلال أداءه مهامه، كذلك يمكن أن يرتكب محافظ الحسابات عدة جرائم منها جريمة إفشاء سر المهنة، جريمة إعطاء معلومات كاذبة أو جريمة عدم الكشف عن الوقائع الجنحية لوكيل الجمهورية، إضافة إلى على دراية محافظو الحسابات بأهمية سمعة مهنة التدقيق في الجزائر. This study aims to test whether the accounts governor knows its various responsibilities as well as the most important violations and crimes that he may commit. Besides taking an interest of the good reputation of the auditing profession. This paper is based on the exploratory factor analysis of a sample of accountants using the SPSS 20 statistical package software, by considering matters relating to the profession of the Algerian accountant. The obtained results confirm the validity of the posed hypotheses. The accounts governor knows several crimes, in addition to the accounts governor’s awareness about the importance of the reputation of the auditing profession in Algeria.
