الملكة اللغوية "مقاربة لسانية بين تشومسكي وأعلام الفكر اللغوي العربي القديم "

Résumé: يهدف هذا المقال إلى التعريف بمفهوم الملكة اللغوية عند أعلام الفكر اللغوي العربي القديم من خلال رصد وجوه الائتلاف والاختلاف بين آرائهم وآراء اللساني نعوم تشومسكي، بعقد مقاربة لسانية بينهما من حيث مفهوم الملكة، وأنواعها، وآلياتها، ومعوقاتها، وقد أفرزت نتائج البحث على أن القدامى كان لهم باع عتيد في هذا الموضوع وخاصة عند ابن خلدون. Abstract : This article aims to introduce the concept of the linguistic proficiency When the flags of ancient Arabic linguistic thought by monitoring the faces of the coalition and the difference between their opinions and the opinions of the linguist Noam Chomsky, by holding a linguistic approach between them in terms of its concept, types, mechanisms, and obstacles.
