استعمال نظام المحاسبة على أساس الأنشطةabc في التسيير الاستراتيجي للتكاليف

Résumé: يتمثل الهدف من خلال هذه الورقة في التعرف على التسيير الاستراتيجي للتكاليف كمدخل حديث في محاسبة التسيير، مع التعرض لأهم الأدوات التي يستعملها، كنموذج سلسلة القيمة ونموذج التكلفة المستهدفة ونموذج دورةحياة المنتج. مع التعرض للدور الذي يلعبه نظام المحاسبة على أساس الأنشطة ABCفي دعم أدوات التسيير الاستراتيجي للتكاليف، وقد بينت الورقة الكيفية التي يستعمل فيها نظام ABCكمصدر هام للمعلومات التي يحتاجها المسير للتسيير الاستراتيجي للتكاليف في المؤسسة. الكلمات المفتاحية: نظام ABC، التسيير الاستراتيجي للتكاليف، سلسلة القيمة، دورة حياة المنتج، التكلفة المستهدفة. تصنيف JEL:M10, M41 Abstract: The objective of this paper was to identify strategic cost management as a modern approach in management accounting, with exposure to its most important tools, such as the value chain model, target costing model and product life cycle. With discussing the role played by Activity Based Costing ABC as a support to strategic cost management tools. The paper has shown how ABC system can be an important source of information needed by managers to perform strategic cost management in organization.
