حقوق الطفل في المواثيق و الاتفاقيات الدولية و اليات حمايتها

Résumé: ملخص باللغة العربية: لقد بدأ اهتمام المجتمع الدولي بحقوق الطفل اثر الحرب العالمية الأولى ، و ذلك عندما تبنت عصبة الأمم ما أطلق عليه اسم "إعلان جنيف "، و توالت بعده مواثيق تهتم بشؤون الطفل و تدافع عن حقوقه و حرياته لكنها كانت جميعها تفتقر إلى صفة الإلزام ، إلى أن صدرت اتفاقية حقوق الطفل لسنة 1989 و التي كرست مبادئ الطفولة و عملت منظمة اليونيسيف على تفعيلها و حمايتها. و إلى جانب الاهتمام الدولي بحقوق الطفل هنالك كذلك الاهتمام على الصعيد الإقليمي من طرف الدول العربية و الإفريقية... و من اجل تكريس حماية حقوق الطفل التي جاءت بها كل الاتفاقيات و الإعلانات العالمية ، لابد من آليات تكفل و تضمن ذلك، لهذا فان المقال يتناول هذه الحقوق و كذا الآليات التي تضم كفالتها، لذلك تم تقسيم الموضوع إلى ثلاثة أقسام: أولا: حقوق الطفل على المستوى الدولي ثانيا: حقوق الطفل على المستوى الإقليمي ثالثا: آليات حماية حقوق الطفل Abstract: The attention of the international community began with the rights of the child after the First World War, when the League of Nations adopted what was called the "Geneva Declaration", and after that came pacts that cared about children's affairs and defended their rights and freedoms, but all of them lacked the obligation of compulsion, until they were issued The Convention on the Rights of the Child of 1989, which enshrined the principles of childhood, and UNICEF worked to activate and protect it. Besides international attention to children's rights, there is interest at the regional level by Arab and African countries ... And in order to devote protection to the rights of the child that all the international conventions and declarations brought about, there must be mechanisms that guarantee and guarantee this. Therefore, the article deals with these rights as well as the mechanisms that guarantee their guarantee.
