واقع الحرفي الجزائري في ظل سياسة الدولة التشجيعية من أجل النهوض بقطاع الصناعات التقليدية و الحرف

Résumé: الملخص : جاءت هذه الورقة البحثية من أجل تسليط الضوء على واقع الصناعات التقليدية و الحرفي الجزائري خصوصا في ظل سياسة الدولة الهادفة الى دعم و تشجيع الحرفي الجزائري من اجل النهوض بقطاع الصناعات التقليدية و الحرف، و قد تم التطرق خلال هذا البحث الى مختلف السياسات و البرامج التدعيمية المتبناة من طرف الدولة عموما و الجهات الوصية خصوصا ، و من اجل الوقوف على مدى نجاح هذه السياسات و البرامج في دعم الحرفي الجزائري قمنا بدراسة حالة لمجموعة من الحرفين الجزائريين ،و التي بدورها اسفرت على مجموعة من النتائج كانت مصدرا لبعض التوصيات . This research paper came to highlight the reality of traditional industries and Algerian craftsmen in light of the state’s policy that aimed at supporting and encouraging the Algerian craftsman in order to advance the traditional industries and crafts sector, during this research, various supportive policies and programs adopted by the state were discussed, and in order to determine the extent of success of these policies and programs in support of the Algerian craftsman. We did a case study of a group of Algerian craftsmen, which in turn returned a set of results that were the source of some recommendations.
