Résumé: عرفت الإساءة إلى الأديان السماوية وخاصة المقدسات الإسلامية تزايدا رهيبا في الفترة الأخيرة، وتعددت صورها بين الإساءة من خلال وسائل الإعلام المختلفة –خاصة المكتوبة- تحت شعار حرية التعبير، وأيضا من خلال الأفعال الصادرة من جهات وأوساط مختلفة، وصلت إلى حدِّ الإساءة الصادرة من رجال السلطة ممثلين في أحزاب متطرفة أو حتى رؤساء دول، سواءٌ بالفعل أو بتبرير للفعل، وهو ما دفع العديد من المختصين والمهتمين بحقل حقوق الإنسان وحرياته الأساسية إلى المناداة بضرورة تطوير المنظومة التشريعية الدولية والوطنية لإعادة ضبط التوازن بين حق حرية التعبير والقيود المفروضة عليه، ومكافحة خطاب الكراهية الذي يدخل ضمن أفعال التمييز العنصري خاصة على أساس الدين والمعتقد. The abuse of the heavenly religions, especially the Islamic sanctities, has witnessed a terrible increase in the recent period, and its forms have varied between abuse through various media - especially the written ones - under the slogan of freedom of expression, it reached the point of abuse by the men of power represented by extremist parties or even heads of state, whether by action or justifying the action, this prompted many specialists, and those interested in the field of human rights and fundamental freedoms to call for the development of the international and national legislative system, to reset the balance between the right to freedom of expression and the restrictions imposed on it, and to combat hate speech that falls within acts of racial discrimination, especially on the basis of religion and belief.
