Résumé: This study aims to shed light on the topic of quasi-tax declarations and the regulatory framework applied to them within a privately regulated institution, attempting to answer the following research question: What is the role of internal control in improving the quality of quasi-tax declarations? To achieve this, the study adopted a descriptive approach and case study technique, applied field-wise to the National Social Security Fund for Salaried Workers (CNAS). Based on the findings, the study concluded that internal control significantly contributes to enhancing quasi-tax declarations through several methods, whereby internal control enhances compliance with policies and necessary procedures for identifying quasi-tax declarations and ensuring their correct implementation
