Résumé: This study aims to know how to apply occupational safety and health systems ,and their impact on workers job performance through a study which conducted at “ Sonatrachfoundation ” in HassiMessaoud; this study included a sample of 165 workers in the institution under study and we used the descriptive analytical method to study the topic. The results were analyzed by SPSS version , 20 statistical packages. The most important results this study are: The existence of a positive impact on occupational health and safety systems through its dimensions (commitment of senior management to implementing occupational health and safety programs. training in the field of occupational health and safety. Work conditions and Work accidents)
