Résumé: تعد سوق الأوراق المالية نقطة ربط بين مختلف المتعاملين الماليين وغير الماليين، الراغبين في التخصيص الأمثل لمواردهم، عبر الاستثمار في مختلف الأصول المالية لا سيما الأسهم منها. و مما لا شك فيه وجود العديد من التقنيات التي تسمح بدراسة هذه الأسهم و تحليل آدائها، نذكر منها التحليل الفني و مدى أهميته بالتنبؤ بحركة أسعار الأسهم المستقبلية، اعتمادا على مجموعة من المؤشرات المراعية لطبيعة المعلومة المتاحة، و في هذا السياق نتساءل حول آلية عمله و كيفية تطبيق أدواته في تقييم أسهم الشركات المدرجة في سوق الأوراق المالية، مع دراسة حالة أسهم كل من شركة مجمع الضليل الصناعي العقاري و البنك الاستثماري المتداولة في سوق عمان للأوراق المالية خلال الفترة الممتدة من شهر أكتوبر 2015 إلى شهر مارس The stock market is the connecting point between the various financial and nonfinancial dealers, who are interested in the optimal allocation of their resources, by investing in various financial asset, especially stocks. There is no doubt that there is many techniques that allow the study oh this shares and performance analysis, among them technical analysis to predict the movement of the future price, depending on a range of indicators sensitive to the nature of the available information, and in this context, we wonder about the mechanism of this analysis and how to apply his tools in shares listed on the stock market, with a case study shares evaluate of each ed-Dhlail Industrial Park Company (IDMC) and The Invest Bank (INVB) traded on the Amman Stock Exchange, during the period from the month of october2015 to the month of march 2016
